Farmhouse loaves

Baked in tins to produce the traditional farmhouse shape, our doughs are developed over 24 hours to really bring out the flavours of the flours. Our range includes not only the classic white, but also wholemeal and seeded. Many of our seeds are lightly toasted which creates a wonderful aroma. As with our Sourdoughs we offer several Farmhouse loaves incorporating those great ales from Lincoln Green Brewery.

New to our range is our spelt and rye loaf which has a lovely nutty flavour and a soft and shiny crumb.
